Free Wi-Fi is launched on select buses, SkyTrains, a train station, and a bus loop in Metro Vancouver as TransLink launches its plan to bring wireless internet to the transit system.
The program will begin with six RapidBus and three SkyTrains, at Edmonds Station and Carvolth Exchange in Langley.
TransLink says it plans to complete the deployment of the entire system in 2026.
Shaw’s free Wi-Fi is already available on SeaBuses and at SeaBus terminals.
