Get Involved and Support the Don’t X Movement

Support the movement to tell Congress that now is not the time for a one-third cut to federal funding for public transportation across the board. Now is the time to invest in public transportation infrastructure!

Here are ways that you can get involved and support the movement:

September 20 is the big day! Attend a local Don’t X Out Public Transit event in your area. Explore this list of events and wear red at the event to showcase your support!

Tell Congress that now is the time to invest in public transportation infrastructure. Cuts to funding across the board would negatively impact U.S. jobs, the environment, and quality of life of many Americans. Contact your Congressional representative now.

Spread the word by showing your support for public transportation on your social networks:

  • Follow @gogreengopublic on Twitter
  • Tweet using the hashtag #dontXtransit
  • Like Public Transportation on Facebook
  • Share your public transit story with us–we may post it here on the Don’t X website

Wear red and ride public transit on September 20 to show your support and tell Congress: Don’t X Out Public Transportation!
